Anime Weekend Atlanta (AWA) is a three-day Japanese Animation and comics convention held annually in Atlanta, Georgia.
AWA will be held September 28th - 30th, 2012, at the Renaissance Atlanta Waverly Hotel and Cobb Galleria Centre in Atlanta, Georgia.
The second AWA Staff Meeting will be held Sunday, June 10, 2012 at the Renaissance Waverly Hotel.
Directors will meet at 2:00pm, Staff at 3:00pm.

If you have requested a transfer of your membership last year, and did not recieve your email confirmation, or delete it from your inbox by mistake, go to the Single Membership Online Registration site (www.regonline.com/awa2012single) and enter the email address you used to register and your password. From there, you can look at your registration record, purchase items, and print out a confirmation to bring with you to AWA to pick up your badge.
If you had registered as a group member, you will need to contact your group contact person. Group Membership transfers are subject to verification.

Did you pre-register for this year's AWA and was not able to attend? You can transfer your membership to next year by contacting us at info@awa-con.com. We'll need a few things from you (Your Name, Mailing Address, email address) and upon verification, you will receive a new email confirmation for AWA 2012. You can only transfer your membership from AWA 2011. Unused memberships from AWA 2010 and earlier can not be transferred. Remember, unused AWA Memberships DO NOT automatically transfer to the following year if you did not attend. Contact us to make sure you are ready for AWA 2012!
