Clubs and Cons

Not everyone is a good fit for the Dealer’s Room or Artist Alley. If you just need a space to chat with people and aren’t selling anything, a Club Table may be the perfect solution. Club Tables are offered to accommodate clubs (obviously), other anime or fandom conventions, and charitable or awareness causes. Groups with club tables are permitted to hand out fliers and talk to attendees about their organization.

Space is extremely limited. If you would like to be notified when the application is live, please sign up for our club tables mailing list below. Club tables are not available for 2023.

Badges

Your club table does not include badges. You will need to purchase a badge for each person staffing your table.

Requirements

Tables must be manned during the convention between:

  • Friday 4 pm – 8pm
  • Sat 11am – 6pm
  • Sun 11am – 2pm

If your table is not staffed during the above times, your table may be given to another group and you will not be eligible for a club table in future years.

Rules

  • Any sound producing devices must be kept at a reasonable volume.
  • Do not swap or move your assigned table.
  • Selling items/services is prohibited. No money may exchange hands at your table, including online purchases, asking for donations or lotteries. You are welcome to give away items.
  • All displays must be free standing. Nothing may be stuck/hung from the walls, floor or ceiling.
  • Displays, marketing materials, and give-aways must be family friendly.
  • Your display may not block the flow of traffic.

Add-ons

If you need power or internet for your table, you will need to purchase these things through the Cobb Galleria. We will have information for obtaining these for your table at show.
