AWA, or Anime Weekend Atlanta, is a 4 day celebration of Japanese culture, anime (animation) and manga (comics), with a dash of general pop-culture that takes place at the Georgia World Congress Center, Building C in Atlanta, Georgia.

This year’s AWA will be held in person December 12-15, 2024.

AWA is the largest anime convention in the Southeast, with over 34,000 unique attendees in 2023.
