Charlotte Gaymers Network Charity Free Play:
Last year, AWA and Charlotte Gaymers partnered to not only offer free play to our attendees but drive home a mission: bring love and inclusivity to our attendees and our local community. AWA and CGN were able to help raise money to provide a fully outfitted game room to the Chris180 team. Watch this video to learn more.
This year, Anime Weekend Atlanta is once again proud to welcome back the team at the Charlotte Gaymers Network to host our free play area. This area that is included with your AWA 2025 membership, and is located inside C1. Free Play has everything from competitive titles to cutting-edge VR experiences, and our Super AWA Arcade has rhythm, racing, and everything in-between. We look forward to seeing how many more people we can bring together for such a positive cause.

AWA is proud to welcome back the indie video game community back for 2025. Indie gaming is where dreamers all start in this industry. This includes massive teams, college dorm developers, and single man teams with a goal to bring their art to the masses.
