The Kuma Kuma Maid Cafe brings a magical maid-cafe experience to Anime Weekend Atlanta, offering guests a cozy escape from the busy convention floor. Each 60-minute session features sweet desserts or savory snacks, interactive games, live entertainment, and cheerful service from our adorable maids and charming butlers.
Our goal is simple: create a fun, memorable convention experience where you can relax, laugh with friends, meet fellow fans, and enjoy the playful world of kawaii hospitality before heading back to explore the rest of the convention.

Live Entertainment
Entertainment is a huge part of the Kuma Kuma Maid Cafe experience!
During each session, our maids and butlers perform 2–4 energetic dance performances on stage. These choreographed routines are a highlight of the cafe and showcase the hard work our team practices all year to bring kawaii entertainment to life.
Be sure to watch the stage throughout your session—you never know when the next performance will begin!

Kuma Kuma Maid Cafe Experiences
This Experience offers shared group seating for up to 8 guests.
During your session you will:
- Enjoy desserts and refreshments
- Play games with our maids and butlers
- Watch live dance performances
- Interact with multiple members of our cafe staff
Our team works all year to perfect the art of kawaii entertainment, and we’re excited to share it with you!
Please note: doors open 10 minutes before each session, so be sure to arrive early to check in and be seated.
7 Rules for the Maid Cafe
To ensure a safe and fun experience for everyone, please follow our cafe rules:
1) Arrive Early
Guests must arrive at least 10 minutes before their session to be seated. Late guests may join their session, but missed time cannot be reimbursed
2) Ticket Policy
Each ticket is valid for one admission only. Presale tickets are valid only for the listed seats, and additional seats cannot be added. All tickets are non-refundable.
3) Photo Policy
Photos must be taken during your cafe session. Photography will not be permitted after the session has ended.
4) Refills
Beverage refills (except water) are $3.00. Food refills are not available.
5) Respect Our Staff
Guests must treat all maids, butlers, and fellow attendees with respect. Touching staff members or engaging in inappropriate conversation is strictly prohibited.
6) Convention Rules Apply
All attendees must follow Anime Weekend Atlanta’s convention policies. Harassment or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the cafe and convention.
7) No Refunds
Please be sure of your availability before purchasing tickets, as we cannot process refunds.
