2024 Registration

In order to attend Anime Weekend Atlanta, you will need a membership. You might hear memberships also be called tickets or badges but it all means the same thing – a pass to enter the convention grounds and participate in panels, games, concerts, guest meet and greets, and more.

Memberships are available for purchase online & at the door.

You can purchase Multi-day memberships and Single day memberships for AWA 2024.

Tickets are limited and capped per membership type. We suggest pre-registering.

Online Registration

You can purchase AWA memberships in advance of the show, starting now online. Multi-day memberships are good for all four of the convention days, and can be picked up at any time during the weekend.

On-Site Registration

If you prefer to purchase your membership badge when you arrive at the anime convention, AWA has a variety of options to cover the days you will be there. You cannot, however, purchase badges in advance of the first day they are good for. I.e if you would like to attend Saturday only, you cannot purchase a Saturday Only membership on Thursday or Friday.

Anime Weekend Atlanta On-Site memberships are cash only. If you need to pay by card, please purchase via Online Registration.

Badge pick-up schedule

If you registered online, you will need to bring your Eventeny confirmation email with your QR code and your photo ID in order to pick up your badge.

Badge Mail Schedule

Badges will be mailed out to the recipient’s address. Please bring these badges with you as we cannot re-issue them to you if they were forgotten at home!

Membership Transfers and Rollovers

AWA memberships are non-refundable, but if you find yourself in an emergency situation, there are options available to you. You can transfer your membership to another person, or you can roll it over to the following year. Rollovers can only be applied to the following convention year and are only good for one convention year beyond the purchase year.

Lost Badges

Unfortunately AWA is not able to freely replace lost badges. If your badge is missing or stolen during the convention, head to Lost and Found and make a report with your contact information. If someone turns in your badge, we’ll get it back to you! If you would still like to attend the convention but no longer have your badge, you will need to purchase a new one.

Picking Up Membership Badges

  1. There will be separate lines for people to pick up their pre-registered badge (memberships purchased online or at an event), and people who need to pay at the window.
  2. If you pre-registered, you will need to bring your Eventeny confirmation email with your QR code and your photo ID in order to pick up your badge. You may show the confirmation email on your mobile device if you do not have the printed email. We recommend screenshotting the email to reduce the time it takes for the email to load.

Mail in Badges

You did it! You officially skipped the line! Badges will be mailed to your address prior to con. More information on shipment/arrival and tracking will be provided at a later date.
