AWA Formal Ball ages 10+
VIP Session 5pm-9pm – Includes a seated dinner, and VIP gift
Doors will Open for seating at 5pm
Dinner is served from 5:30-6:30pm

General Admission 7pm-9pm – Includes coffee, tea, water, and light desserts.

Important Information

AWA Ball Dress Code

Formal wear.
Must comply with AWA dress code.
Formal Cosplay is allowed and encouraged.
Dress Shoes Required
Clean Converse or dress sneakers will be accepted if they fit the cosplay or are a health requirement.

AWA Ball Dress Code – Not Allowed:

Jeans, Sweatpants, Leggings as pants.
T-Shirts, Hoodies.
Sneakers, Slippers, Flipflops.

Seating

VIP Seating is guaranteed. General Admission seating will be provided, but is not guaranteed, unless indicated as an accessibility accommodation on your badge sticker from AWA Accessibility Services.
