Takeru was vocalist and creative director for the rock band SuG for 10 years during which SuG performed at Nippon Budokan.
Since then, Takeru has provided songs and creative direction for his solo project sleepyhead along with various other artists. His activities range from storytelling through music, design, video directing, writing, and more.
Celebrating the 15th anniversary of his career, he has now started his activities full of renewed energy under his own name “Takeru” .
