AWA 2021 will be happening (in-person) this fall!
Since the COVID-19 situation remains fluid, policies will be finalized closer to the convention, but at this moment, we expect masks will be required. We are optimistic that at this current rate of vaccinations we will be able to safely host a convention in person with some adjustment. We highly recommend everyone gets vaccinated when they are able to, at a minimum of 2 weeks before the convention. If you are getting a two dose vaccine, you should have your second dose scheduled on or before October 13.
What if I’m sick during AWA 2021?

What if I already registered for AWA 2020?
If you registered for 2020, your membership has automatically rolled over, and you will be receiving an updated email soon with your updated ticket information. If you aren’t comfortable with attending this year for any reason, we will roll your membership over to 2022.
When will hotels be available for booking?
We expect hotel blocks will be opening in early May. We will be posting details regarding hotels with special AWA group rates and booking details soon too!
What about vendors?
For vendors who pre-registered for 2020, your booth will also be rolled over, and you will receive an updated confirmation email.
