AWA Mail-In Registration
AWA Mail-in Registration are for those who do not want to pre-register online. You can pay for your membership with a check or money order and send it to the mailing address located inside the form.
The AWA Mail-in Registration are for single memberships only. For group memberships of six or more people, use the Online Group Membership Form.
The AWA Mail-in Registration is for a three day membership to the convention. One and two day menberships are not available.
The Registration Form is a PDF file that can be filled out using Adobe Reader.
The Mail-in Form can be used for pre-registration until July 31, 2013.

Registration for AWA 2013 will be at the Renaissance Waverly Hotel.

Pre-Registered AWA Memberships are Non-Refundable.
If you are not able to attend and you have pre -registered,you have an option of transferring your membership to another person (changing the name of the membership) or request a transfer to the next AWA convention. Your membership does not automatically transfer to next year's AWA if you do not attend. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a name transfer or a transfer to next year. Please do not register if you do not know if you will be attending AWA.
